The LBH Weightlifting Team trains year-round on Mondays and Wednesdays between 5:30 PM and 10:00 PM, except during holidays. We also train on some Friday evenings 5:30–10:00 PM and Saturday afternoons 1:00–5:00 PM.
Although our Monday and Wednesday training sessions are very regular, they are sometimes subject to change around competition seasons and holidays. To get an up to date and accurate schedule, or to find out whether we are open on a Friday or Saturday, check this calendar before coming out to train with us, or subscribe by clicking the “Google Calendar” button at the bottom.
“TBA” training times are generally finalized by 2 days before the date.
