You don't need big muscles to lift big weights! Eric has snatched more than 10kg over body weight at the 2005 NYC Open. Wow!

Eric Briglia, son of Santi Briglia an LBH master lifter, is already an accomplished lifter at 13 years old, having garnered three gold medals at the 2003, 2004, and 2005 National School Age Championships. Santi trains Eric out of his family garage.

We expect bigger lifts from Eric in the near future. Way to go Eric!

Daniel, the youngest Briglia, has launched some respectable weights in the air too. Pound for pound this 11 year old weightlifter is stronger than a West Coast Governor!

Daniel has won a silver medal in the 2006 FDU Open. His team expects Daniel to go for the gold at his next performance.

Don't wear shorts Daniel when you have weightlifting genes.

16 year-old Tom Jr. has been diligently training under the watchful eye of his dad, the famous LBH lifter, Tom DiFilippi Sr.

Tom Jr. lifted in the 2004 National School Age Championships in Vineland New Jersey and has lifted at local meets on the West Coast.

Tom Jr. and his dad currently reside in California. Keep lifting those weights Tom Jr.

Vicky is the daughter of the IWF World Master Silver Medalist Savas Kappatos. This 18 year-old high schooler made a mark on the local weightlifting scene in preparation for the 2005 Junior Nationals.

Tanned and back from a previous injury, Vicky is about to make her mark on the NYC Metropolitan weightlifting scene.
